Years ago when Pinterest came out, I pinned this village on my destinations board. When I was researching places to stay in Italy in between residencies, I went on the practical and economical side. I asked my landlord to send more pictures of the apartment and one she included was the picture I had posted. I knew for sure that this was it! When I first got off the train and saw this vision in front of me, it blew my mind. There is currently no words in the english vocabulary that can describe that feeling. I did it. I made my vision come true.
