Monterosso is the most northern of the villages of Cinque Terre, a beautiful FLAT village which my legs were incredibly grateful for! The biggest sand beach in the villages, it's lined with beautiful umbrellas of all colors and people from around the world. Today when swimming in the craziest turquoise water ever, I looked at my view from the water, it was then that it hit me that I was in Italy! For some reason then and there, it all clicked and it was amazingly terrific! So incredible grateful for the experience to see this quaint, colorful side of Italy.
