Woke up to have a wonderful breakfast, came back to the room and got some work done. I needed to get some groceries, so walked around to find the coop, got my basics: tomatoes, mozzarella, apples, grapes, juice and chocolate chip cookies! The restaurant at the hotel only serves breakfast and dinner and no snacks anywhere, so decided to make my own! When traveling being resourceful is an understatement! I had no knife or cutting board, so what does a wine loving artist use? The clean side of her acrylic palette and a wine opener!!! Finished updating the blog FINALLY and am finishing a book:) Ciao!
